Happening This Week In LH Membership Renewals Start: Let's support small business in Lake Highlands. Renew your membership, get your membership, but let's support the growth of businesses in LH that make this community outstanding.
Movie Night in Lake Highlands: Pretty in Pink is classic 80's.It's a hysterical love story with numerous bust out laughing scenes.
The Program of Change: We begin a 5 part series to discuss racism. it's not a 'you are right or you are wrong' program. It's a challenge to learn and develop a change of thought. We want to create a 'trust tree' for questions and conversations that might help Lake Highlands be a little bit better.
You must RSVP to receive the link to join the discussion.
Senior Assistance: Once again the wonderful NE DPD is hosting a Senior Support Event. If you have a need, then put this on your calendar. Please share with an elderly neighbor. Let's support all ages of our community.
Virtual Happy Hour: Happy Hour hasn't disappeared. It's just changed. Let's keep up the networking, meeting neighbors, welcoming new businesses, and gathering for social time. We host Happy Hour every month. Turn on your camera and check it out. Lake Highlands Chamber Membership Renewals Start August 1st

THANK YOU US HOUSE REP COLIN ALLRED
The Lake Highlands Chamber hosted a very successful Zoom meeting with US House Representative Colin Allred. We heard from Vector Brewing, Momo's Italian Kitchen and Gibb Insurance Agency. All three shared their struggles as small business work through the COVID pandemic. We are thrilled that Representative Allred and his team listened, took notes, and have been sharing heavy post event communication with both the effected businesses and the LH Chamber.
If you missed the Zoom meeting, then you are able to catch up. Click below for the hour long session.
