About Dexter Alexander Culbreath
Dexter Culbreath grew up surrounded by family on more than forty acres just ten miles northeast of Atlanta, Georgia. Over time his family and friends generously deeded property from this land and this altruistic environment developed Dexters nurturing personality. He never meets a stranger.
From his early days of watching customers smile as he bagged their groceries to seating celebrities and their families at the Atlanta Braves Turner Field, Dexter learned that his greatest passion is people. He attended both Clark Atlanta University and Georgia State University studying Computer Science and Computer Information Systems before he went to work as Director of Community Development with the non-profit organization, Love Beyond Walls so that he could serve his friends without home addresses.
When Dexter and his wife sought to purchase their first property, the agent that represented them commented that Dexters relational skills would help him thrive in the real estate industry. But it would take the same remarks from two other real estate agents and one colleague for him to finally embark on a career in real estate.
Dexter began his real estate journey after relocating to Central Florida. As a sales associate with the Southwest Orlando office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty and a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association, Dexter offered dynamic experiences to his customers by providing professional and client-focused services. Now, serving North Texas with Briggs Freeman Sothebys International Realty, Dexter continues to build his business.
His decision to employ his extensive leadership and relational skills to serve families interested in selling or buying properties motivates him daily. In every transaction, his purpose is to take the experience with his buyers or sellers and develop longstanding relationships.
Outside of real estate, Dexter loves quality time with his wife and daughter, working on jigsaw puzzles, supporting Love Beyond Walls and World Outreach Ministries, exploring eateries, playing photographer, and looking forward to golfing lessons.
